Couple Converts Abandoned Elementary School Into Lavish Expensive Mansion

A few years ago, a couple from Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania, bought Perry Elementary — an old, abandoned elementary school originally built in 1965.

They got to work on converting Perry Elementary – and the 11-acre lot on which it stands – into a gorgeous single-family home.

Dubbed the "School House," the 14,000-square-foot ranch-style home now has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

As you're about to see, the School House is a lavish mansion, complete with an arcade, fitness center, and a garage with enough space to fit 30 cars.

The old cafeteria is now a brand-new kitchen, and the old gymnasium is an indoor basketball court.

What's most interesting about the home is that it still has some old features of the school — from the child-sized urinals to the old dry-erase boards from when the bedrooms were once classrooms. Just amazing!
