It is always so exciting when a new baby is born. Friends and family cannot wait to meet the new bundle of joy. The extended Gates family is giving everyone a sneak peak on social media.
They have some exciting news to share with the world. Bill Gates and ex-wife Melinda French Gates are now officially grandparents. Their eldest daughter, Jennifer Gates, took to Instagram to announce the birth of her daughter on Friday, March 3, 2023. She and husband Nayel Nassar seem over the moon to be parents.
Jennifer posted a photo of her daughter’s feet being held by herself and Nayel. She captioned the photo, “sending love from our healthy little family .” This sneak peak is just enough to hold over admirers who will want more baby content soon enough.
Jennifer, who is a medical student at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, announced her pregnancy in November 2022. She posted a carousel of maternity photos on Instagram, with the caption “thankful.”
“I couldn’t be more excited to meet this little one and watch you two become parents. ,” new grandma Melinda wrote in the comments.
Beyond medicine and motherhood, Jennifer is an accomplished equestrian. She has been professionally show jumping for many years, which is how she met husband Nayel. The couple were married on October 16, 2021.
