Harrison Gilks, a Canadian teenager who documented his bucket list adventures through TikTok videos after being diagnosed with cancer, has died at 18. His TikTok video series came about once he vowed to check off as many of his bucket list adventures as he could with the time he had left to live.
Harrison was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2020. Since his diagnosis, he has been able to tackle a multitude of his bucket list adventures.
From traveling all over the world to visiting SoFi Stadium, Harrison shared each adventure with his community of supporters on TikTok.
"He always found good in every situation and touched the lives of many with his messages of hope and encouragement through his TikTok videos, where he chronicled and shared his journey with cancer with the world," his obituary read.

Harrison's brother shared the news on Harrison's TikTok, just days after Harrison had updated his followers, letting them know the cancer had spread and his bucket list series had come to an end.
"I'll be in the hospital for probably the remainder of whatever time I have left, which is obviously very upsetting," Harrison told his followers. "It's been a great ride with you guys on the bucket list."
