Wine is part of Halle’s self-care routine. She recently opened up about this to Bazaar.com. "Probably my guilty pleasure is wine — always red. I think red wine for me is the healthiest that you can drink since its usually low in sugar and has less sulfates," she explained.
Halle also drinks wine for her health. “And if you're drinking wine for heart health, which I do, having a glass of red wine a day can be good. Heart disease actually runs in my family, so my cardiologist is always reminding me about that. I usually drink wines from Dry Farms, which offers healthier, more natural wines that are low in alcohol, sugar, and sulfates, which also allows me to have it more regularly,” she said.

Halle is a 56-year-old mother of two. She shares a daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubrey, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. She shares her son, Maceo Robert Martinez, with ex-husband Olivier Martinez. Halle became a mother later in life, and she does not regret it.
“You know yourself better,” she told Closer Weekly. “When you wait until later in life, you can really put your kids forward in a more meaningful way.”
