Here's something you surely don't see often. A Bahamas island has been listed for sale. Little Pipe Cay is on the market for $100 million. And there's a suitable reason why it's worth so much.
If you're at all familiar with Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (which you likely are), it featured this island in some parts of the film. But that's not the only movie that featured this location.
Casino Royale also featured the island. The iconic James Bond film debuted in 2006.

Little Pipe Cay is nearly 40 acres. It's filled with white sand beaches and surrounded by clear blue water, often referred to as “Bombay Sapphire Blue” by the locals.
The island includes a lot of high-end features. There's a helipad, a seaplane dock, and a deep-water dock that is able to accommodate a superyacht.
The main residence is 5,300 square feet. There are also four guest cottages and housing quarters for staff.
Included with the property are Jet Skis and kayaks. There are also gardens and a very large infinity pool.
Currently, the island is a rental resort. Prices vary between $75,000 and $95,000 per night.
Whoever purchases the island will be given rights to make personal developments to the property. Right now, it is seen to be a good grab for a private vacation location or an investment property.
