Megan Fox Says Republican Politician Is Using Her Kids As ‘Social Currency’ After Attack

Celebrities often try to shield their children from public life. They understand that their kids did not make the decision to have famous parents, so many celebrities make an attempt for normalcy for their families. Sometimes other people make this difficult.

Robby Starbuck, a Republican politician, recently attacked actress Megan Fox on Twitter. He took issue with how she dressed her three sons, saying she forced them to wear girl clothes. Megan did not appreciate her children being dragged into this and responded on Instagram, calling Robby out.

Robby’s initial tweet was ridiculous and definitely hit below the belt.

“These are Megan Fox’s sons,” he began, including a photo with his post. “We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played at the park. I saw 2 of them have a full on breakdown saying they were forced by their mom to wear girls clothes as their nanny tried to console them. It’s pure child abuse. Pray for them.”

Megan normally does not respond to criticisms such as these but decided to use it as a teachable moment. She began her Instagram post, “i really don’t want to give you this attention because clearly youre a clout chaser but let me teach you something.” This mama bear had been rightfully triggered.

She continued: “irregardless of how desperate you may become at any given time to acquire wealth, power, success, or fame – never use children as leverage or social currency.

“especially under malevolent and erroneous pretense. exploiting my child’s gender identity to gain attention in your political campaign has put you on the wrong side of the universe.”

Megan concluded her post by warning Robby, “you [expletive] with the wrong witch.”
