John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have opened the doors of their home for fans to get an insider look. For the latest episode of Architectural Digest's "Open Door" series, their Beverly Hills home got to be in the spotlight.
In the video, they shared that they worked with Jake Arnold, a design collaborator, on filling the space with lots of light, earth tones, and bright pops of color here and there. The couple also ranted and raved about how their home is very kid-friendly, keeping their three kids, 7-year-old Luna, 5-year-old Miles, 6-month-old Esti, and newborn Wren in mind.
"I will say this is a very kid-proof house," the 37-year-old model said in the video. "People are always scared to bring their kids over. They're like, 'No, they're going to jump on everything.' I'm like, 'Look at this! This is chaos.'" Apparently, everything in the house is designed with the kids in mind, even having multiple versions of the same couch cushion to swap out for when the babies spit up or the kids jump on them.
And the kids' rooms are "beyond anyone's wildest dreams," according to the 44-year-old singer. Luna's bedroom is a lavender shade. She has a loft with a toy kitchen, a swinging couch, and a private bed area. For her to get back to the lower level, she can use a slide that leads to a personal ball pit.

Miles' bedroom is jungle-themed. He has a giant stuffed giraffe, as well as a toy safari Jeep that is also a bunk bed. He also has a private nook that's shaped like a cave and includes a climbing wall. People in the comments obsessed over the rooms.
"Their kids rooms are what dreams are made of," one person said.
"I love how this house is chic, warm, welcoming, functional, kid-safe and kid/pet proof all at the same time!!! ❤❤❤," another person commented. "Jake did an excellent job! ."
