Simon Cowell has his fans pretty … concerned. After posting a video to his Instagram profile on August 10, 2023, a lot of comments flooded in, heavy with questions and even criticism.
The former American Idol judge posted a video of himself congratulating One Direction band for reaching 1 billion streams for their hit song 'What Makes You Beautiful' on Spotify. "A massive thank you to everyone involved and all of the fans!" he said the post. "And please listen to @lspraggan’s amazing new record ‘Balance’ which is out tomorrow!"
And then the comments started flowing in.
"What on earth has happened to your face?" one person asked.
"How many people actually think he’s not overdoing the Botox ," another person said.
The former judge was also recently in the spotlight as the center of a death hoax. There was a digitally altered photo of him lying in a hospital bed that went viral. Another edited photo depicted mourners carrying what people believed to be his coffin.

But it was all fake and Simon has proved that he is alive and well. In 2022, he admitted that he "might have gone a bit too far" with facial fillers. “Enough was enough,” he said at the time. “There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero."
