Joe Manganiello has made his relationship with Caitlin O'Connor Instagram official. The 47-year-old actor took to Instagram to share photos from the past week, captioning the slideshow with "The week in review…" He shared a selfie he took with Caitlin, 34, and also included a picture of Caitlin standing in front of flowers and a box of chocolate that read "Happy Valentine's Day."
"Celebrated Valentine’s Day with Tool & Caitlin… ❤️" he wrote in the post. About seven months ago, Joe announced that he was getting divorced. In July 2023, Joe and his ex-wife Sofía Vergara shared the news of their split via a joint statement. They settled their divorce in February 2024.
Joe and Caitlin were first spotted together in September 2023 — about two months after Joe's divorce announcement. Joe and Sofía were married for seven years.
Joe and Caitlin made their red carpet debut when they posed together at a gala in New York City in December 2023.

On February 9, TMZ reported that Joe and Sofía settled their divorce. Just a few days later, the outlet reported that Joe and Caitlin are now living together.
A source also told the outlet that Joe and Caitlin are "very much in love.” They reportedly enjoy traveling together, and Joe's dog, Bubbles, also approves of his new girlfriend.
People began speculating that Joe and Sofía were facing issues before they officially announced their split. It all started with Joe's "happy birthday" Instagram post for his then-wife. His message — ¡¡¡Feliz Cumpleaños Sofía!!! — was so short and simple that fans interpreted it as being "cold." The fans, of course, ended up being correct.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives,” they wrote in a statement published by Page Six in July 2023.
The reason for their divorce was unclear at the time, but it didn't stop fans from speculating. Some suggested that it could've been because Joe wanted kids and Sofía didn't — and Sofía later confirmed that this difference contributed to their decision to get divorced.
Speaking with Spanish-language newspaper El País, Sofía admitted that her "marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom."
“I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore. I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother," she added.
She explained to the outlet that if she starts a new relationship, the man she's with should already have kids too — because she is not interested in having more.
“I’m almost in menopause; it’s the natural way of things. When my son becomes a dad, let him bring the baby to me for a while and then I’ll give it back to him and go on with my life; that’s what I have to do," she told the outlet.
