Man In Wheelchair Had Lost All Hope Until Someone Unexpected Showed Him Immense Kindness

John Brown’s life took a tragic turn at the age of 30. A serious car crash left him paralyzed from the waist down, which confined him to an electric wheelchair.

At the age of 70, John managed to still try to find the joys in life. One of his favorite hobbies was fly fishing, but since the wheels on his electric wheelchair were getting so old and worn out, he had difficulty accessing a lot of his most-visited fishing spots.

Over the years, John’s marriage to his wife, Mindy, had deteriorated. After years of caring for her husband, she began viewing John’s condition as a burden, not something that the couple proactively faced together. The lack of support he felt from his life partner left John feeling isolated.

One day, John decided to approach the topic of a new wheelchair with his wife. He told her that he had been feeling unsettled and hoped to get back out to enjoy his favorite pastime. He told her that he had been looking at some new electric wheelchairs with off-roading capabilities.

Mindy sighed and told her husband that those types of electric wheelchairs are very expensive and she felt like they couldn’t afford that kind of extra cost for something she described as a luxury. John couldn’t believe that his wife was referring to something that would make him happy as something frivolous that they couldn’t afford.
