The caption seemed to reference an article that she included a screenshot of in the photo carousel. The article was titled "We're Entering a Joyful New Era of Lesbian Fashion."
Louisa is the daughter of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer. On June 22, Meryl celebrated her 75th birthday.
"COMING OUT AT YOUR MOM’S BIRTHDAY IS SO ICONIC ️ ❤️ ," one person commented on Louisa's Instagram post.
"❤️❤️❤️ the lesbians keep winning!!!" another person wrote.
Though the post seemed to make Louisa's relationship with Anna official, Louisa also shared an image of the two of them together in a photo carousel on June 5, captioning the "photo dump" post with "Cute spring things ."
