It had been five years since Sarah’s husband Eric died, and she still missed him every day. The couple had been happily married with a young daughter when he died, leaving Sarah a single mother.
On the fifth anniversary of her husband’s death, Sarah’s daughter Polly came home from school with a backpack in her hand that Sarah had never seen before.
