David Hasselhoff is now "a crying Grandad." The proud grandfather, 72, took to Instagram to share a photo of his granddaughter on August 13, 2024. In the photo, David held the baby in a pink blanket. The photo appeared to be taken in a hospital room. "A crying Grandad. She’s perfect WOW ❤️ I am so blessed," the Baywatch alum captioned the photo.
Later, David's daughter Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore, 34, shared some more photos on her own Instagram account, revealing her baby's name and birthday. "London Hasselhoff Fiore our Angel baby girl was born happy and healthy at 3:16pm on August 11th, 2024 at just under 8lbs ," Taylor wrote on Instagram.
"truly the best day of our lives. We never knew you could be THIS happy ," Taylor continued. Taylor shared several images of London sleeping under a light pink blanket that has her name embroidered on it. In some of the photos, London was held by her parents, Taylor and her husband, Madison Fiore.
"Baby London, Mommy & Daddy are so excited for this journey together and we can’t wait to show you the world ," Taylor concluded.
Fans were excited for David, with one writing: "This is so cute. Congratulations Grandpa Hasselhoff."
"Congratulations David!" another person commented. "Your grandchild has the coolest grandfather ever, The Hoff ."

Taylor and Madison tied the knot in February 2023 after they met on a dating app. On her wedding day, Taylor felt extremely emotional and started crying the moment she saw her dad, she previously revealed to People.
"He was just such a big light in my life," she told the outlet at the time. "He's also just so supportive and so loving, and I know how much he cares about my wellbeing and my happiness."
Taylor was extremely touched by how happy David looked. "It was just an honor to be able to walk down with him and see how happy he was for me to start this new journey," she told the outlet.
David has another daughter, Hayley Hasselhoff, 31, who is an actress and a model. He shares both Haley and Taylor with his ex-wife Pamela Bach, whom he was married to from 1989 to 2006.
