Music Legend’s 49-Year-Old Son Arrested For Disturbance At Elite Prep School

Elijah Blue Allman, the 49-year-old son of singer Cher, was arrested Friday evening at an elite New Hampshire preparatory school after reportedly causing a disturbance in the school’s dining hall, People reports.

The Concord Police Department confirmed to the outlet that it responded to a report of an unwanted guest at St. Paul’s School in Concord at approximately 6 p.m. on Friday. Officers arrested Allman and charged him with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct.

According to WMUR, Allman allegedly acted belligerently during the incident. School officials confirmed he has no connection to the institution.

Allman was processed at the Merrimack County Jail and released on personal recognizance bail, meaning he agreed to appear at future court dates without posting bail. The police investigation remains ongoing.

In June, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department told People that he was taken to a California medical facility for “acting erratically.” Deputies found drugs in the home where Allman was located at that time.

In December 2023, Cher filed a petition seeking a temporary conservatorship over her son’s estate, citing alleged substance-abuse issues and declining mental health, People said. The petition was voluntarily dismissed in September 2024 after the mother and son reached a private agreement.
