Travis Herman is a brewery owner from Atlanta, Georgia. Up until recently, Travis was known in and around his community for rocking a big, bushy beard. However, there was one person who was never a fan of his massive display of facial hair — his wife, Connie.
Connie always felt her husband's beard was unruly and out-of-control. It would leave a trail in the bathroom and just about everywhere else.
But being the loving husband he is, Travis recently agreed to let celebrity hair stylist Kyan Douglas perform the ultimate head-to-toe makeover, courtesy of the Rachael Ray Show.
In the clip below, Connie has no idea a camera crew has just infiltrated her home to give her husband a complete makeover while she and their son are asleep upstairs!
At 4 a.m., Kyan and his crew give Travis a fade haircut, apply product for texture, dress him in a hip new wardrobe, and most of all, they shave off his beard completely.
Then, Travis texts Connie from downstairs to say, "Good morning." She says she'll be right down, but little does she know the major surprise waiting for her.
Wait until you see Connie's reaction to seeing Travis clean-shaven in the first time in years.
