Life without glasses, when you need them to see, is very confusing.
If your eyesight is bad enough, it not only means you cannot see, but you also get this terrible headache and loss of perception when you aren't wearing your glasses.
I am an adult and I get frustrated about my eyesight all the time. I can't imagine what it is like for an infant. Is it less confusing because they don't know that it's not normal to see like that? Or is it more confusing because they can't see anything?
Tilly had been dealing with eyesight issues, so her parents got her glasses when she was 3 months old.
As soon as Mom fits the glasses over Tilly's face, the little girl breaks out in a grin. But when she really sees her mother's face for the first time, she is absolutely beaming!
She is almost in a trance when she realizes what everything looks like now that she can see it. Her dad, who is behind the camera, can be heard saying, "I think she likes them." He is definitely right about that! Tilly looks overjoyed.
