This video might be short, but it perfectly captures the fact that sometimes life can throw you an unexpected surprise when you least expect it!
This adorable little girl was watching huge ships with her parents. She wanted them to say hello whenever they slipped into port.
Just like how students on a school bus get tractor trailers to honk by pumping their fists up and down, this little girl wanted to see if she could get a huge ship to respond the same way.
The girl pumped her arm up and down, but it seemed like the ship probably couldn't even see her. The little girl was too small, and the ship was just too far away. It would never happen no matter how long she stayed out there.
But just when it seemed like the ship hadn't seen the little girl, at the last possible second the captain must have spotted her. He let loose a rather loud "hello" in return!
The ship's horn was so horribly loud, that this little girl immediately responded how any of us would: She put her hands over her ears for a few seconds, decided it was still too loud, turned around in fear, and ran straight to her parents for safety!
While it was certainly a bit scary, we're happy this little girl had such a good time outside. And hopefully she learned to be careful what she wishes for!
