One of the best parts about school is picking a day to "play sick" so you can stay home and curl up on the couch while watching a movie or TV.
I didn't get to do this often, as my mom could always tell when I was sick or not, but some days she was nice enough to let it slide.

Shellie Puckett is a 42-year-old mom and eighth-grade teacher from Kentucky. Recently she faked sick to cut school and head to Today for an "Ambush Makeover."
She was chosen and I have to say she deserves the pampering! She went to college at age 35 to show her kids that it is attainable and important to their lives.
She wanted a makeover because she finally "feels OK with herself" and wanted her appearance to reflect that!
