If you’re one of those people who hates crowds and shopping, your worst nightmare is probably going shopping around the holidays. After all, there’s nothing but crowd after crowd of people and everyone is in a rush to get things done.
Ronald, who works at Target, started to notice this when his customers came through his line. He saw that they were all crabby and just wanted to get home.
And he decided to do something about it.
He didn’t want to see everyone come in with scowls on their faces, so he shocked them all when he started singing to every single customer who came through his line. He’s no professional singer, but his little jingles make everyone’s day.
And Target isn’t the first place he’s done this either.
“Omg, he is the best,” Nikoleta D. Pratt commented on Facebook. “He used to work at BJ's & he had the same happy attitude. I would always go to his isle so I could hear him sing and be happy.”
In the video below, Ronald’s take on “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” is hilariously Target related, and was completely made up on the spot.
“Rockin’ around the old tin pan let the Christmas spirit sing. Hope you got some Target coupons and we’ll do some cartwheeling,” he sings.
And after he’s done he can’t help but laugh at himself, and his customers can’t either.
“That was a good one,” his customer says off camera.
And with a few more laughs, the next customer gets the Ronald checkout line treatment.
