Parents with new babies are probably familiar with how hard it can be to put a child to sleep. Any little sound can wake them and keep them up for hours!
Caryn and Tyrone Morris of South Africa know this struggle, being new parents themselves.
The couple recently hosted a dinner and invited some friends over to their home. With all the noise, the 15-month-old couldn't sleep and seemed to want to join the gathering. Every time his mother walked out of his room, he would stand up in his cot and whine.
After a few hours, Caryn decided to sit down so she could be visible as the baby lay in his cot. As he drifted off to sleep, the mother devised a crafty plan: because getting up and walking out would wake him, she decided to slither out on her back.
The camera installed in the baby's room caught the mother hilariously inching away on her back toward the exit. Between each slide, she pauses to listen if she's in the clear.
When Tyrone saw the footage, he couldn't help but laugh! He's not the only one either: Parents who have seen the clip say they have done similar things.
