Two Cops Walk Over To Begging Homeless Man, But Have No Idea A Woman Snapped A Photo Of Them

College student Olivia Simpson and her sister were running errands when they came across a concerning sight: two police officers in a patrol car, who had just turned the police lights on.

Curious, they stayed to watch what was going to happen, and whom they were going to approach.

It was a homeless man, standing in the underpass and begging for food, who had caught their attention.

Olivia and her sister watched attentively and witnessed something that truly warmed their hearts: the cops didn't get out of their car to confront the starving man for begging, but to give him a warm pair of socks.

The incident was so pleasantly shocking that Olivia whipped out her camera and snapped a photo as the officers talked to the man. Though it's not obvious in the photo, the student recalls the thankful and surprised look on his face. She says that anyone could tell that he was really touched by the unexpected gesture.

Such a simple act of kindness brought some much-needed joy to the sisters' hearts. Now, as more and more people are seeing the photo, it's clear that one doesn't have to be an officer to do good!
