Everyone knows puppies are ridiculously playful, but sometimes we forget older dogs love to play just as much as their babies do.
When human children grow up, they tend to become less playful — they get more focused on school, work, and family obligations. When they grow up and have children, though, they often feel some of that sense of fun and play coming back.
This Labrador mama proves that dogs feel the same way. When they have puppies, they desperately want to play with them — just like their human counterparts.
In the video below, watch this mama Labrador play with her son. If I didn't know better, I'd think she is still a puppy herself!
When her son approaches her with a rope, she immediately grabs the other end in her mouth and starts to tug on it.
The puppy definitely thinks he can win against his mom, but she proves she's not going to give up easily. As if she wants her son to understand how much stronger she is than he is, she actually pulls so hard that she drags him around the floor.
Her pup doesn't seem to mind, though, as his tail wags the entire time they're playing.
