Old Woman Opens Door For Lady She’s Never Met, Realizes All Her Friends Lied To Her Face

Judith Clymer was the kind of woman people couldn't thank enough. Within her community at North Hills Mobile Home Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she acted as a nurse, a chef, a housekeeper, and everyone's favorite cheerleader. One day, she received a knock at her front door that opened her eyes.

Some of Judy's friends came over with breakfast and ate inside her house with her. It was a pleasant start to the day, but little did Judy know that there was more behind her meal than she expected.

Her buddies were planning something behind her back.

In the video below, posted on January 2, 2017, Judy's friend Janet Adams explains, "When people are gone in the summer, she waters their gardens, picks up their mail… People go away for the weekend and she'll take care of their pet."

Judy does everything from drive people to their medical appointments to taking them to their grandchildren's recitals.

Janet and all of her friends at the mobile home park think that Judy deserved a big surprise thank you for everything she does for them on a daily basis. So, she and her community connected with the KOB 4 Pay It 4Ward Program to show their gratitude.

In the clip, Janet and another friend ride up to Judy's house with a reporter named Erica Zucco. The women step outside their car and head to Judy's porch, ready to surprise her.

Judy opens her front door, and boy does she she look confused.

Janet says, "Well, we nominated you because you always do so much for everybody else, so we wanted to do something for you."
