13-Foot Python Tries To Escape Brush Fire, So Teens Grab Him And Carry Him To Safety

Lately, Florida has been plagued with brush fires, which have been displacing humans and animals alike. The fires have affected the Everglades, causing all kinds of animals to seek shelter in residential areas nearby.

One of these animals was a 13-foot python, which entered the Pembroke Pines neighborhood.

Of course, you would think that anyone who came across such a large and feared animal would quickly run away, but a group of teens in the area chose differently!

As soon as the group of young men spotted the python, they called the authorities for assistance. They bravely grabbed the snake, capturing it before it could go any further into the neighborhood.

The python has burns on his skin, an indication that the animal had just escaped with his life after being dangerously close to the smoke and flames.

The python was later safely transported to the Everglades Holiday Park where he will be examined and treated. Hopefully, he will be returned to his home in due time, after the flames subside!

The teens later casually posed with the giant python. In the photo, you can tell just how large this creature is, compared to the individuals holding him!

Have you ever seen a snake as big as this one? Let us know in the comments!
