Actor Dick Van Dyke has suffered injuries that are described as minor following a car crash this morning. According to People, Dick's car slid into a gate as he was driving, resulting in cuts to his face and a possible concussion.
Dick was doing well enough that authorities did not take him to the hospital following the crash.
TMZ also noted that substances such as drugs and alcohol were not a concern in the crash, but authorities have requested that the 97-year-old actor retake his driving test.
Dick was most recently seen in a February 2023 episode of The Masked Singer. He told People at the time, "I had never even seen the show when they asked me. So I checked it out and it looked like a lot of fun. I was positive they wouldn't be able to guess who I was. And I was right!"
