The good thing about full transparency with Donald Trump is that his yearly physical is released to the public so that he isn’t hiding anything about his health. The bad thing? There’s a good chance that much of it is not confirmed to be accurate, and Trump’s height and weight specifically have people scratching their heads and wondering a collective, “Huh?”
In a post on X, one user straight up called Trump out on the alleged lies in his physical exam. Maybe the belief is that Trump is lying, or his physician isn’t being totally truthful. Or his doctor would rather put different stats and measurements in the final exam than what are accurate because he doesn’t want to be made into an AI meme on Truth Social.
No one really believes those stats about Trump’s height and weight.
President Trump’s latest physical lists him at:

According to USA Today, Trump’s physical in 2026 says that he is 6’3″ and 238 pounds. The user on X shared a photo of Trump next to Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf, whose physical stats essentially mirror Trump’s in height and weight. The idea is that you can clearly see the difference in both men’s physique despite the claims of how much Trump weighs and how tall he is.
“Trump’s whole life is a big LIE,” an X user commented on the post. “Even his weight and height he lies. Doesn’t he know that weight and height SHOWS, it’s not something you can hide. Crap!”
Another user took it to a whole other level and used the opportunity to make baseless claims about the president just to humiliate him.
“Typo’ transposed the weight. 328 not 238 and 6’3″ with the lifts in his ortho shoes that help with the severely swollen ankles,” they wrote. “I assume the weight doesn’t include the catheter and collection bag or the diapers.”
His BMI is pretty high.

Even if there are claims about Trump’s weight and height making him in mostly tip top shape, the numbers don’t really lie. Per USA Today, the physician’s report about his physical exam shows that Trump’s Body Mass Index (BMI) is relatively high. His BMI is extremely close to 30, which is considered obese. So even if Trump does have the same weight and height as an NFL player, his BMI is indicative of less than ideal health on paper.
Someone wrote in another X post, “Compared to our soldiers he is a fat, ugly slob who his physician claimed he was in ‘excellent health,’ but he recommended Trump do more physical fitness. I guess golfing is insufficient for a man nearly 80 years of age. LOL.”
Another person joked, “This is fake. There is NO WAY Trump’s BMI is 29 (which is very unhealthy), it is much higher.”
His doctor admitted he should lose weight.

Give Trump some time, and he will have pages of Truth Social posts letting people know how healthy and athletic he is. He might even throw in an AI photo or two (or three). But his doctor did admit in his report that Trump should lose weight. White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella wrote that “guidance on diet, recommendation to take a low-dose aspirin, increased physical activity, and continued weight loss” were all conducted during the physical exam.
