There are people who believe Erika Kirk has moved on too quickly after the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk. Her frequent public appearances have raised questions about her grief, and now, there are rumors that she’s already dating someone new. Erika hasn’t addressed all of the rumors about her directly, but this time, she wrote a message in response to the person who claimed she was spotted spending time with a new boyfriend.
On May 28, Project Constitution claimed that Erika had been “spotted getting handsy” with Blake Wynn, who is casino mogul Steve Wynn’s nephew. In an X post, the account alleged that a “trusted eyewitness” saw them together. “The source also saw them shopping together earlier that day at Neiman Marcus,” Project Constitution claimed. “Even more d—ing? A quick search turns up nearly a dozen photos of Erika and Blake together at multiple events over time. They weren’t strangers. This looks like a relationship that was already happening.”
Erika responded to the post directly.

She vehemently denied the rumors. On the day of the alleged interaction that Project Constitution described, Erika was actually celebrating her son’s birthday. She also shared some more details about her friendship with Blake.
“Every single word here is a lie,” she wrote on X. “Charlie’s love will last me a lifetime. The Lord is the only one who can ever fill that most painful void.”
She continued, “On May 14th I was home in Arizona celebrating my son’s 2nd birthday. Blake (who is about to be engaged to his longtime gf) was a dear friend of my husband’s and I am grateful for his continued support, just like hundreds of others.”
She also criticized the person who manages the account.

“Your deranged obsession with me and blatant disregard for any form of truth whatsoever is deeply disturbing and I am praying you get the help you so clearly need,” she wrote. “Brush off the Dorito dust and go touch grass.”
Blake jumped to Erika’s defense as well. He responded to Project Constitution’s post with, “Blake Wynn here…. I hate to be the bearer of bad news to the cesspool of bots and X users that spend their entire day making things up under the guise of journalism, but I am not dating Erika Kirk.”
Project Constitution wrote back with, “There is always a possibility that the witness is incorrect about you being the guy and i am open to that but i need further details to dispute it. My only motive is finding the truth, so i would be happy to correct the record if you can show me something that proves you were somewhere else.”
In response, Blake criticized Project Constitution’s “trusted eyewitness.” He wrote, “Where you stand is you have a tag team of Helen Keller & AI-generated audio as your source, and I feel bad for anyone that follows your garbage.”
People have also been suspicious of Erika’s relationship with Vice President JD Vance.
The seemingly intimate hug they shared back in October 2025 still has some people convinced that JD might leave his wife, Usha Vance, to be with Erika. At a Turning Point USA event, before JD came out on stage, Erika said, “No one will ever replace my husband. But I do see some similarities of my husband in JD— in Vice President JD Vance. I do. And that’s why I am so blessed to be able to introduce him tonight.”
In an interview recorded prior to the event, Erika spoke about how both JD and Usha have supported her. “He’s been a blessing,” she said of JD. “Him and Usha, they are the most incredible people. Incredible. With such genuine love.”
