Gabourey Sidibe and her husband, Brandon Frankel, are growing their family by two! The couple recently announced that they are expecting twins in a dual post with Babylist where they posed for some cute maternity photos at the Babylist showroom and shop. "I’m pregnant!" the 40-year-old actress captioned the post. "We thought it was time to give our cats some responsibility so we’re giving them each a baby to take care of! Double the babies, double the cats, double the fun!! Twin Delivery coming soon! Twinty Twinty Four!!"
The comments were flooded with congratulatory messages.

The couple got married in 2021 after meeting on Raya, a dating app, in 2019. In a 2022 interview, Gabourey shared that their first date lasted more than seven hours.

Before Brandon, the actress shared she wasn't sure if marriage was on the table for her. “I couldn’t imagine dating someone I actually liked. Turns out, totally possible!" she said in an interview with Brides. "So, I’m really happy to have been wrong about where I saw my life going, partnership-wise. [Brandon] is an incredible, incredible partner."
