Girl Begs To Live With Teacher & Not Her Dad, Teacher Calls Police After She Follows Them

As much fun as school can be for a lot of kids, there’s also a sense of anxiety that can come through, especially if you’re someone who is coming into a class halfway through the school year.

Miss Evans couldn’t help but feel a bit concerned for her new student, Kitty, who had enrolled in her class halfway through the year. When she tried to introduce the young girl to her classmates, she hid in her seat and covered her face with her dark hair.

“Hi, Kitty. I just want to let you know that I’m always available if you need to talk,” Miss Evans told her new student as she crouched beside her desk. Kitty looked up at Miss Evans with a sad look in her eyes and quietly thanked her.

When school was done for the day, Miss Evans decided to go outside with Kitty in hopes of meeting her father. In a few moments, a burly-looking man approached them. Miss Evans politely introduced herself as Kitty’s teacher and shook the man’s hand. Kitty’s dad’s name was Steve and he asked his daughter to wait in the car while he spoke to Miss Evans for a moment.

In their few moments together, Steve asked Miss Evans to keep an eye on his daughter as she was going through a rough time after the death of her mother. Miss Evans assured Steve that Kitty was in good hands at school. After a few weeks though, she started to see some things that concerned her.

Kitty often came to school in clothes that appeared dirty and stained. She also noticed that Kitty would often sit by herself during recess and ignore other children who tried to socialize with her. One day, Kitty came to Miss Evans and told her that she didn’t want to go home with her dad as she wanted to live with her instead.
