It's no secret that actresses have often experienced unwanted forms of sexual harassment from male costars and directors over the years, but it still doesn't make the reveal of an incident less surprising. On an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Jane Fonda revealed the time one of her male directors tried to sleep with her. And the reason is probably the most absurd part.
Andy Cohen asked her to name a man in Hollywood who tried to pick her up that she turned down. Instantly, Jane shared that French director René Clément made a pass at her.
"Well, he wanted to go to bed with me because he said that the character had to have an orgasm in the movie," she said. "And he needed to see what my orgasms were like."

Andy was taken aback, adding, "Are you kidding me?!"
"I have stories for you, kid," Jane said. "We don't have time!" She went on to share that the director made his proposition to her in French, and she simply pretended to not understand him.
