We’ve all heard jokes about JD Vance‘s eyeliner before. But now, people are making fun of his facial hair and what they believe is a steady dye job. When Vance appeared on Fox News, people took notice of his beard that some say he has started dying. They also talked about his eyeliner, of course. Oh, and what appears to be a very orange foundation.
In a post on X, a user wrote that Vance went heavy on the eyeliner during his visit to the news station. However, someone else noted in the comments under the post, Vance seemed to focus on another part of his look…his beard. They even joked that it adds to his “heroin baby look,” in reference to the growing belief that Vance has lost weight. Clearly, nothing is off limits when it comes to talking about the way Vance looks.

Vance is not only the vice president, but he’s also in a position to consider running for president in 2028, so maybe the look is his attempt to appear younger and appeal to more people. Unfortunately, all it has done so far is get him trolled on social media. But he also has a widely known meme that does that on its own, so there’s that.
In the X post, the user who shared the video from Vance’s Fox News appearance wrote, “JD Vance [was] heavy on the eyeliner this morning.” But when someone commented, “Looks like he’s implementing beard dye into his heroin baby look,” others followed suit.
“My kid is 42 and she doesn’t have one single gray hair yet,” another person wrote. “This is aging JD fast.”
Someone else commented, “He has been on TV for three days straight now & has to deflect from whatever weird stuff he’s doing w/ his facial hair currently.”
They also speculated more on Vance’s alleged weight loss. Again, it could be his attempt at revamping himself in time for a presidential run, especially if he gets Trump’s support.
His alleged eyeliner is also still a thing.
People probably won’t ever stop talking about Vance allegedly using eyeliner to make his eyes pop. It seems to be a look he has always had, so is he actually wearing makeup? That remains to be seen (and confirmed). But it hasn’t stopped people from talking about it a ton. Some even joked that, for his Fox News interview and another interview that was posted on social media from The View, Vance took it a step further and had winged eyeliner applied to his eyes.
“Maybe [it] could be Maybelline, but it’s probably fascism again,” someone joked on X.
Another wrote, “Guess the Senate’s new makeup includes a touch of glam, because even politicians need a good winged liner for those filibuster selfies.”
JD Vance might also be wearing orange makeup now.
In another post elsewhere on social media, users speculated on Vance wearing orange foundation, not unlike the rumored makeup of his boss, Trump. In an anti-MAGA Facebook group, someone posted a screenshot of Vance from his appearance on The View and wrote that he tried to “literally color-match himself to Donald Trump’s ego.”
A Facebook user joked in the comments, “Lipstick (or eyeliner and orange pancake makeup) on a pig. No offense to pigs.”
Honestly, no one in the Trump Administration is ever going to live down the possibility that they are wearing makeup to hide something and that said makeup is always in the worst color.
