Celebrities React To Lisa Marie Presley’s Death: ‘Lisa Baby Girl, I’m So Sorry’

The news that Lisa Marie Presley died on January 12, 2023, shocked fans and her loved ones alike. A number of celebrities have spoken about their relationship with Lisa Marie in the hours that have followed her death, including John Travolta and Leah Remini.

Lisa Marie's mother, Priscilla Presley, first confirmed the news of her daughter's hospitalization on Instagram. She wrote, "My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital. She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time."

She later told the world that her daughter had died.

Linda Thompson issued her own statement following Lisa Marie's death. The pair were close when Lisa Marie was young; Linda was in a relationship with Elvis Presley when he died. Linda shared a photo of Lisa Marie and Elvis together and captioned it, "My heart is too heavy for words… ."

John Travolta also took to Instagram to remember Lisa Marie. He wrote, "Lisa baby girl, I'm so sorry. I'll miss you but I know I'll see you again. My love and heart goes out to Riley, Priscilla, Harper and Finley."

Leah Remini offered her own sympathy for Lisa Marie's family, writing, "I'm heartbroken over the passing of Lisa Marie Presley. Lisa did not have an easy life, as some might think. May she be at peace, resting with her son and father now. Her mom Priscilla and her three daughters, Riley, Finley, and Harper, are in my prayers."
