A photo of his outfit has been circulating on X, and people have a lot to say. When the reports about Keith and Nicole’s divorce started popping up in 2025, a source told People that the decision wasn’t mutual. They claimed that Nicole had been “fighting to save the marriage.” Another source told the publication that Keith had been “making questionable choices for some time now and this was not the case of them just drifting apart.” Yikes.
So, perhaps Keith did “dump” Nicole—and critics think his sense of style has suffered because of it. Although some people seemed pretty shocked by his recent outfit choice, one critic called it the “typical old guy trying too hard mid life crisis cheated on my wife outfit.”
Someone else speculated, “He lost Nicole’s stylist and I don’t think he cares.”
And although Nicole allegedly didn’t want the divorce, some people feel like she looks less affected by it. “Nicole definitely had a glow up and Keith still has that same stupid haircut,” another critic added.

Did those who defended him like his outfit? Not necessarily. But they appreciate his music, and that’s what matters to them. Not everyone needs to be a fashion icon, after all. “He looks good though and he’s made a lot of great music that I still enjoy,” one person wrote in his defense. “Give him a break.”

He spoke about “just being aware that I’m aware” during an interview with Dan Huff. “That I’m none of the voices in my head — I’m just the one listening,” he explained. “Because it simplifies everything and brings it right back to a very calm, steady, grounded place.”
