Just when Kelly Clarkson thought she didn't have to worry about court filings anymore, given her divorce was finally settled last year, the star is taking legal action once again.
Kelly was just granted permanent restraining orders against two men.
The orders are against Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young. They are both prohibited from making contact of any kind with Kelly or her kids and must stay at least 100 yards away for the next five years.
Kelly was clearly worried about herself and her kids after some strange encounters. Victor Fernandez apparently pulled up to Kelly's home in a semi-truck on Thanksgiving. He tried to peer over her security gate and announced that he was there to see her.
That wasn't the only time he made an appearance, either. He returned multiple times and was seen taking pictures. He even got shots of Kelly's children.
Huguette Young was also apparently frequenting Kelly's home. According to her security, he appeared there more than 18 times. He even left gifts and notes for Kelly.
Even after a temporary restraining order, he kept showing up.
Hopefully, with the permanent restraining order in place, Kelly and her kids will feel a little bit safer.
