It has been revealed that Kieran Culkin's mother, Patricia Brentrup, hasn't been having the easiest time with her health as of late. Coming after 41-year-old actor's emotional Emmy award win, in which he praised his mom, the stepdad of Kieran and his brother Macaulay Culkin shared with Page Six that Patricia has recently had "hard times with her health." He also shared that Kieran has been helping his 69-year-old mother with her doctor appointments due to the health issues she's been faced with.
Mart Cox, Patricia's husband, opened up about why she was unable to attend Macaulay Culkin’s Hollywood Star of Fame ceremony in December 2023. "Patty was invited, and they wanted to fly her out, but she’s been having some hard times with her health.”
He went on to share that Patricia spent a few months at Kieran's house in Brooklyn before the holidays. “Kieran was looking after her and she was going to doctors in the city,” he said. “All the kids have been very helpful, oh for sure. Just from Patty, they have a lot of love in them — she is an incredible woman.”
