Donald Trump’s words for Joe Biden May 18 after the former president announced his cancer diagnosis were kind.
The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for Trump ally and self-proclaimed investigative journalist, Laura Loomer. Loomer, who has reportedly had sway with the president, unleashed a string of disturbing posts on X after the news broke.
She claimed that Biden “likely had cancer his entire presidency” and that it was covered up. She also claimed to have spoken to a hospice nurse who told her that Biden would live “6 months max,” but more likely “closer to 3 months.”
She posted a poll for her followers to vote on how long Biden would live.
She claimed Biden “tried to jail Trump, and he also tried to murder Trump.”
She asked if Jill Biden would be charged with elder abuse.
She tweeted about Biden’s daughter checking his prostate. She tweeted about Jill checking his prostate in the bedroom, too.
She suggested that Joe Biden “succumbing to cancer is going to make Hunter Biden relapse.”
And she took a victory lap because in July of 2024 she claimed that Joe Biden was “now in the terminal stage of his illness,” although the president did not die then and there is no evidence he was diagnosed at the time.
The barrage of unhinged posts created a social media stir.
There were plenty of folks who believe that Loomer did, in fact, have inside information and was correct in what she said back in July. There were others who cheered on her personal attacks against the former president and his family.
And then there were others who found Loomer’s string of posts to be tasteless and downright disgusting.
“I don’t care what your political affiliation is @LauraLoomer this post is heartless, inhumane and disgusting,” one person responded to her on X.
I’m sorry but there’s nothing worse than people forcing you to feel bad for someone.

Let people feel their own emotions.
I hate this fake sympathy nonsense and public pressure to guilt trip someone into saying things they don’t mean.
I don’t want to pretend to care anymore.
“I’m sorry but there’s nothing worse than people forcing you to feel bad for someone,” Loomer wrote at midnight. “Let people feel their own emotions. I hate this fake sympathy nonsense and public pressure guilt trip someone into saying things they don’t mean. I don’t want to pretend to care anymore.”
She was not done, though.
“To all of you praying for Joe Biden, can you pray for the people he killed with his open border policies instead?” she wrote on X. “‘Ohhhh boo hoo he’s such a good guy booo hooo he’s such a fighter.’ No he’s not. And no, he’s not. He is going down in history as the worst US President EVER.
“Americans died in Afghanistan,” she continued. “Little girls were strangled and raped and murdered by illegals. Donald Trump was almost assassinated twice. 25 million more illegals came into our country. Innocent people were jailed and terrorized by the FBI. An election was stolen. All thanks to Joe Biden. He sucks! Stop praying for him and pretending like he’s an honorable person! He is a monster.”
President Trump issued a statement earlier May 18.
“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social. “We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.”
That came just more than an hour after Biden made his announcement.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” the statement read. “On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management,” the statement added. “The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
NBC News said a Gleason score of 9 “indicates a high-grade, aggressive form of prostate cancer.” The outlet said it “further indicates that the cancer cells look very different from normal prostate cells and are likely to grow and spread rapidly.” They said that places the cancer in the Grade Group 5, making it a “more challenging prognosis.”
