Lea Michele is officially a mom of two! The former Glee star and her husband, Zandy Reich, recently announced the arrival of their second child. In doing so, Lea also shared the first photo of their baby girl, along with her name.
Lea, 38, and Zandy, 41, started dating in 2017 before tying the knot in March 2019. In August 2020, they welcomed their first child, a son they named Ever. The couple revealed in March 2024 that they were expecting their second baby. Now, their baby girl has arrived.

Lea Michele announced her baby girl's birth with a sweet first photo.
On August 25, the Funny Girl star took to Instagram with her birth announcement. "Our hearts are so full ," the doting mom captioned her update. She included a photo of her daughter's legs and feet with Lea's, Zandy's, and Ever's hands gently resting on the newborn.
In the caption, she also revealed her daughter's name.
Another tidbit of information Lea included in the announcement was her baby girl's name. "Emery Sol Reich ," she shared. As of writing, the actress has not revealed details about when her daughter was born or her length/weight measurements.
Fans responded to baby No. 2's name in the comments.
In the comments of Lea's Instagram post, fans reacted to the baby news, with many commenting on Emery's name. One person declared, "Cryingggg omgggg congratulations the name is perfect ."
Someone else echoed, "I AM IN LOVEEEEEE WITH HER NAME ❤️," while another shared, "'Sol' means sun in Portuguese. She’s our star."
Meanwhile, another Instagram user commented, "welcome home baby Emery!!!! ❤️ you are loved ."

Her last bump photo came in late July.
Throughout her second pregnancy, Lea provided fans with regular bump updates. She posted the most recent photo featuring her baby bump on July 24. In the shot, she rocked a stunning red Michael Kors dress while resting her hands on her belly and staring out a window. "Michael always gets it right. ❤️," the expecting mom declared.
Coincidentally, there's a chance her daughter was born on her son's birthday.
Baby Emery's birth was announced mere days after her big brother's birthday. "Happy 4th Birthday to our beautiful boy! ," Lea captioned an August 20 Instagram photo showing her hugging Ever with Zandy nearby. It'll be interesting to see how close the siblings' birthdays are!
