It is hard to believe but Home Alone's little Kevin McCallister is all grown up. Macaulay Culkin is now 43 years old and a father of two boys, whom he shares with fiancée Brenda Song. On December 1, 2023, Macaulay received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His family was on hand to support him.
Macaulay and Brenda expertly juggled their two adorable, active boys during the ceremony. Dakota is 2 years old and his brother, whose name is unknown, was born earlier this year. Macaulay teared up when thanking Brenda for their life together.
When trying to get a picture with the whole family Dakota had other ideas, as toddlers often do. He pulled mom away and did some circles. She was eventually able to get a family photo on the big day.
During the ceremony itself, Brenda held her youngest son. She bounced him on her knee to keep him entertained. It was heartwarming to see the family out together as this was their first public appearance as a family of four.

Macaulay’s friends and former costars Catherine O'Hara and Natasha Lyonne also attended the big day to celebrate him. Catherine played Macaulay’s onscreen mom in Home Alone while Natasha and Macaulay appeared in the film Party Monster together. Catherine even gave a speech.
Macaulay’s acceptance speech honored his family as his “three favorite people.” He first met Brenda on the set of Changeland, a 2019 dramedy written by Seth Green and filmed in Thailand. Dakota was born two years later. It is unknown exactly when their second son was born, but his uncle Kieran Culkin confirmed the birth in March 2023.
Macaulay got emotional when thanking Brenda for her partnership. "I'd like to thank Brenda. You're absolutely everything," he gushed. "You're the best person I've ever known. And after the birth of our two boys, you've become one of my three favorite people."
Perhaps because of Macaulay’s intense childhood fame, he and Brenda avoid the limelight for the most part these days. In a 2022 interview with The Cut she shared their main focus is their family. "My fiancé and I are very hands-on. We don't have a nanny, but my mom has been here with us since my son was born,” she began.
"I think when you and your partner have kids, especially the first few months, you don't have the patience to be polite with each other," she went on to say. "Being communicative when you need help is so important. Instead of having set duties, we just feel each other out. I'll be putting my son down and my partner is like, 'Let me feed the animals and get dinner ready.'"
