Dad Of 2 Whose Penis Fell Off Has A New One Grafted To His Arm, Where It Stays For 6 Years

Depending on how you look at it, Malcolm MacDonald, a dad of two in his late-40s who lives in Norfolk, England, is either the luckiest or least lucky man on Earth.

That's because years ago, Malcolm's penis fell off and landed on the ground in front of him, in a stunning and life-altering event. It happened due to an infection in his perineum. That was after his penis turned completely black.

It was obviously a horrifying experience, but doctors were able to manufacture a new penis for Malcolm. But that meant he had to wear it on his arm for six years before it was moved to the appropriate area.

Now Malcolm is sharing his ordeal with the world in a documentary, fittingly called The Man With a Penis on His Arm.

In the film, he says it all started back in 2010 when, to his horror, his penis dropped off.

But then Malcolm received the good news that doctors could help. Surgeons manufactured a new penis for him by using a skin flap on his left arm. They even made the penis to his liking. It was a good 2 inches longer than his original penis. For that, he says he is grateful. He said: “They were happy to listen to what I wanted it to be like, which was amazing. Not many can say they have a designer penis.”

Still, there was a snag in the plan. Doctors had hoped to move the penis to the spot between his legs, but the operation had to be stopped due to a lack of oxygen in Malcolm's blood. So it was left attached to his arm … for six entire years.

Essentially, that made Malcolm's life somewhat of a nightmare. He says he's basically had to hide it, and during times when he hasn't, he's ended up frightening people with the penis on his arm. He opened up about the time he was helping an older woman get something from high up on a shelf at the grocery store. His arm penis fell out of his shirt sleeve and hit her in the face.

Due to staff shortages at the hospital, and then the health crisis, Malcolm's surgery kept getting pushed back despite how desperate his situation was. But finally, in 2022, he received his life-changing operation. That meant that not only could he urinate properly again, but he could also have intercourse.

Malcolm now says he feels like a new man. “My luck in life hasn’t been too good so far, but it can only go bad for so long, can’t it?” he stated. “Can you imagine six years of your life with a penis swinging on your arm? It’s been a nightmare, but it’s gone now.”

Malcolm is obviously feeling more confident. After actress Kate Beckinsale shared a story about him on Instagram, he told The Sun he'd be open to dating her. "I’m ready for dating again, so why not her?" he said. "I’ll even treat her to a pint down at my local boozer."
