There are a lot of mixed feelings out there when it comes to this particular electric vehicle and its founder, but you probably never expected to see a dog literally bite apart a Tesla with such vengeance.
Inside Edition reports on how a Maryland woman had a run-in with a pit bull that led to her Tesla being viciously damaged by the aggressive dog.
A woman named Olivia recounted the traumatic experience on social media as she came across an unleashed pit bull while outside with her own dog and had to run to her Tesla vehicle for safety.
Except the dog kept following them and began to bite and scratch its way around the woman's car as she found herself terrified and bewildered about what to do next.
“He’s letting him do whatever he’s doing to my tires. He’s eating my car up!” Olivia cries in a video posted to TikTok.
Even as Olivia tried to escape the area while attempting to drive the car away, the dog was still focused on attacking her car and biting it along the bottom and the tires.
Olivia made note in a story shared on social media that she was not trying to “kill the dog,” but she wanted to protect children in the area who were making their way home from school at that time.
In another social media post, Olivia shared messages with the pit bull’s owner, who offered to cover any costs for doctor visits, vet bills, and car repairs.
