Prince Andrew is reportedly gearing up for another lawsuit against Virginia Giuffre. The pair settled their original case in February 2022 after Giuffre accused Andrew of sexual assault and rape.
Giuffre is reportedly working on a book, and Andrew has insisted he will file his own suit if she repeats her allegations within those pages.
A source told The Sun, "The minute she writes anything that repeats the original claims against him she will be hit with a $100 million defamation lawsuit."
The source added, "Andrew is ready to go on the attack. Then her claims will be put under scrutiny in a court of law."
