Girl! It's a girl! Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian will be welcoming another baby girl soon. They announced the news at their baby shower/gender reveal party. They are already parents to 5-year-old Olympia.
Serena made it known that she was rooting for a girl. "I'm a little nervous because I don't have any contingency plan if it turns out to be a boy," she shared in a video posted to her YouTube.
Their guests were in for a surprise when the couple veered away from the traditional cake reveal. Instead, Alexis cued the DJ for some music. “We are actually going to reveal Jelly Bean’s sex," he said, referencing the pet name they have for their baby. "The way we’re going to do it, though, is with a little style and some spectacular lights.” And that's when drones lit up the sky and spelled out "Girl!"
The soon-to-be family of four shouted in excitement, accompanied by their guests. Fans in the comments section also shared in the joy.
