A man's latest tattoo has gone viral, but not for a good reason. TikTok users had mixed reactions to the tattoo shown in a video posted by Danish tattoo parlor Betty Zoo Studio.
In the video, which is captioned "POV: getting a tattoo of your girlfriend’s bite mark," the man's girlfriend can be seen biting into his arm. Her bite left a mark, which the tattoo artist used to sketch the design for the man's tattoo. He left the parlor with his girlfriend's bite mark tattooed onto his arm, which many social media users believed was an interesting choice, to put it lightly.
Many TikTok users were disgusted by the tattoo. "the artist: ," one person commented.
"What's the dumbest idea for a tattoo… I want one of those," one TikTok user imagined the man saying when he asked for the tattoo.
Others couldn't help but wonder if the tattoo could be sanitary.
"Me only thinkin about the sepsis," one person wrote, while another said, "Me picturing all the bacteria from the bite being pushed into the skin and him getting one [expletive] infection."
Others were concerned about what would happen if the man broke up with his girlfriend. Some pointed out that they would not really be OK with dating someone who had a tattoo of their ex-girlfriend's bite mark.
"This will be a fun story time for your next girlfriend," one TikTok user joked.
TikTok users also had plenty of vampire jokes for the couple. "Edward Cullen watching this like ️ ️" one of them commented.

Although many were confused by the man's choice, some people actually liked the tattoo and thought it was an interesting idea.
"Oh- i guess i’m the only one who liked this " one TikTok user commented after reading other comments. However, they weren't actually the only one. "Wait I feel like this is lowkey cute," another person wrote. "No I kinda like it," another commented.
So there you have it: Some really hated it, some thought it was cute, and one person just wanted to know how he explained the tattoo to his mom.
