Another day, another creepy clip of President Donald Trump on The Howard Stern Show. Back in the early 2000s, the president appeared on the show and made a variety of crude, misogynistic comments, many of which have resurfaced in recent years. At one point, the two men talked about what it would be like to sleep with Lindsay Lohan, who was 18 years old at the time. And in another clip, Trump bragged about how he would be able to sleep with much-younger women if he weren’t married. Now, another disturbing clip has resurfaced on social media, and it shows Trump laughing after being described as a “sexual predator.”
The resurfaced interview from 2006 started circulating on social media again this year.
In the clip, Stern says to Trump, “You know about sexual predators and things like that.” Co-host Robin Quivers then interjected with, “You are one!” Trump did not deny this, nor did he seem disgusted by it. He actually laughed it off and appeared to say something like, “That’s true.” His daughter Ivanka Trump was seated beside him and also laughed about it.
Given that it’s 2026 now and AI exists, people are increasingly skeptical of videos they see online. When they saw Trump laugh at the idea of being a sexual predator, some people questioned whether the clip was authentic. But back in 2025, Snopes confirmed that the video is indeed real. To Trump critics, Trump’s response to the accusation sounded like a “confession,” with one person writing, “He said ‘it’s true’. AND STILL MAGA doesn’t believe it.”
People noticed that Trump appeared to take Quivers’ comment as a compliment.
Reacting to a clip of the resurfaced video shared via Instagram, one person noticed that Trump “started smiling at the mention of it.” Given that it’s a short clip and doesn’t show the full conversation, some people tried to say that Trump’s reaction was taken out of context, but others argued that his reaction would not be appropriate in any context, because regardless of what was said before or after this, why is that how he responded to being called a sexual predator?
“I would like to point out the normal response to ‘you are a sexual predator’ is not laughing and nodding,” someone commented. Ivanka’s reaction was also horrifying to many people who recently watched the clip. “His daughter even laughed like it’s funny,” one person commented, calling it “so sickening.” Trying to make sense of Ivanka’s reaction, another person noticed, “His daughter’s like ‘dad that’s you!'”
