Apparently President Donald Trump’s watches are not worth the price. At least, that’s what some disgruntled shoppers have said. In case you missed it, Trump has promoted all kinds of products that use his name, image, and likeness, including fragrances, shoes, and even Bibles that cost $60+.
And those who support the president can even buy a watch with his name on it. Per The Independent, Newsmax has been actively promoting Trump’s “Fight, Fight, Fight” watch collection. Trump has also promoted the watches on Truth Social.
On the Trump Watches website, it looks like the products have received rave reviews, with people saying that shipping was “so fast” and the watches themselves are super high quality. “The craftsmanship is like no other,” one review on the website reads.
However, the reviews on Trustpilot tell a different story. As of October 16, 72 percent of the reviews on Trustpilot were one star reviews, with some consumers claiming that the watch store is “a scam.” Per a report from The Independent, the online shop had 2.7 stars out of 5 at the time of publication. The publication could not verify the authenticity of the reviews, so it’s possible that some of the people who complained did not actually purchase the watches. At the same time, many of the negative reviews came from individuals who said they ordered the watches but never received them, or they waited far too long for their orders to ship.
“No watch delivered. Dishonest and false customer service responses both automated and probably live people,” one alleged customer wrote. In June, a second person wrote, “Ordered my Trump Watch in February 2025, to date I am still waiting — each time I reach out they push the delivery date further out, at first it would be delivered beginning of May, then the end of May, then beginning of June, then 3rd to 4th week of June, just today I’m told will be shipped after the week of July 7th, really has a scam feeling to it.”
A third person claimed that they received their watch six months after ordering it, and while the watch itself was “beautiful,” they described their overall experience with the watches as the “worst experience of my life” because they thought they’d lost $1,100.
Some of the people who had equally horrible experiences with the watch website assumed that Trump himself had nothing to do with it. “I wish Pres Trump could be notified about what this company has done to customers,” someone wrote. “I have read many stories of people who never even received their watch!”
Another person accused the company of “denigrating President Trump’s name” by making “fabricated excuses” and not actually shipping the watches. “It’s a shame this company is not holding to President Trump’s high standards,” they wrote.
One of the site’s watches, the Trump Victory Tourbillon, is priced at $100,000. “The Trump Victory Tourbillon design is one of classic sophistication, combined with President Trump’s symbol of success: Gold,” the description on the website reads. “Each Timepiece will be numbered and feature a personalized message, courtesy of President Trump.”
