Sometimes, it's the smallest surprises that make all the difference. Like finding out that you're not just passing the American Girl doll store while checking out the sights in Hollywood.
That's exactly what the young girl in the video below goes through, and man, what a surprise it is.
"We're here at Farmers' Market in world-famous Hollywood," Dad says in the video below, being recorded by his wife.
In the back seat are his son and young daughter, who is on the edge of her seat to get a better look.
As it turns out, they are also right by an American Girl store, where the famous dolls are sold — but she just thinks they're passing by.
"But what she doesn't know, is that we're going right now to the American Girl store!" Dad says.
"Really?" the young girl screeches, causing her brother to cover his ears.
"I have the money to go," Dad says, with a hint of sarcasm.
"Wait, we're buying something?"
After Dad confirms that indeed, they are buying her a doll, the young girl just can't take it anymore and becomes overwhelmed with emotion.
Who knew the prospect of a doll could bring a little girl to tears?
