Grandma Tells 4-Month-Old Baby To Say Hello To The Camera, Then He Whispers It Perfectly

A baby's first words are a pretty big deal.

Hearing your tiny one babble their first word means that they've started their journey toward talking and eventually communicating with you.

Their first phrases are usually pretty standard terms like "yes," "no," "mama," or "dada" (though "dada" is actually easier for them to say, so it usually comes first — sorry moms).

But every baby is different — some say surprisingly impressive words and others, like this little girl, start trying to talk before they've even mastered any of them.

The baby in the video below actually mastered his first phrase while visiting his grandma. The 4-month-old boy tries his hardest as Grandma continually encourages him to say "hello."

Suddenly, he opens his mouth and perfectly says it as if he's been uttering it for years.

It's such a cute moment, and frankly amazing when you think about it — babies learn how to talk through observing and carving out context, though they may not have any idea what they're trying to do!

The little guys' parents and grandparents must be really impressed with him, already saying words at such a young age.

Check out the video below — between the baby's impressive speaking and the grandma's adorable encouragement, it'll definitely put a smile on your face.
