Train enthusiast Steven Califf has been building replica steam engines his entire life. Recently, he decided to build a large model train with an awesome secret concealed inside.
In the video, Califf shows off his latest creation: a steam engine that actually doubles as a barbecue steam smoker! He has been working on the project for three years and finally unveiled his masterpiece. The train, which was mostly built from scratch, has a wood-stoked fire that generates steam, along with a working whistle, bell and much more!
The engineer reveals that he named the train smoker "97" after the country song "Wreck of the Old 97" famously sung by Johnny Cash. This awesome invention is a barbecue lovers dream! We'll take any invites to dinner at this guy's house.
