Sometimes, a proposal happens as a spur-of-the-moment decision. Sometimes, it's after months of planning and practice. Of course, like any endeavor, this takes a lot of patience and determination, and hope that his partner will say yes.
One man came up with a brilliant idea for his proposal, and his sister followed him every step of the way to document just how dedicated he was to making his proposal the most romantic one possible.
Keilan McNeil caught her brother Brenden's journey to perfecting his craft as an actor on camera: He decided the best to propose would be to jump on stage as an actor and surprise his girlfriend, Kaley McLean, during a sold-out performance of the musical Beauty And The Beast. For the run of the show, she was playing Belle.
He secretly practiced with members of the crew until the night of the performance, when he replaced the actor playing the Beast, much to Kaley's surprise. But she didn't flinch onstage like a true performer.
As soon as Brenden starts speaking, she knows what's about to happen. And when he gets down on one knee, she can't help but giggle and fight back tears! The scene ends with both of them, dressed as a princess and a prince, dancing on stage.
