Beyoncé Stops Singing When Her Dancer’s Boyfriend Hops On Stage To Propose

Beyoncé is known to her fans as a queen.

She's one of the most powerful women in our modern, culture-driven world, and her songs inspire hopeful young women everywhere. Her concerts consistently sell out giant arenas, her albums go platinum, and everything she touches essentially turns to gold, career-wise.

What does this all mean? Well, for one thing, it means she doesn't really have to answer to anyone.

Yet, Beyoncé does kind things for others more often than a lot of people would assume. She's been known to crash school dance classes and give back to her fans. After Hurricane Katrina, she even built a housing complex for those that were displaced by the natural disaster, and continues to fund it. These are just a few good deeds among many that the spotlight doesn't necessarily highlight.

At her concert in St. Louis on September 10, Beyoncé wanted to do one small thing to surprise one of her dancers.

Her dancers work hard to perform with the best of the best all across the world, and she knows it better than anyone. When she stopped her whole concert in the middle of her huge hit "Single Ladies," her backup dancer Ashley Everett had no idea what was really up her boss' bejeweled sleeve.

The queen scanned the audience for a volunteer to come on stage, but when Everett saw her boyfriend appear in front of the whole arena, she knew something was afoot.

The sweet boyfriend, John Silver, planned this incredibly romantic gesture with Beyoncé, all for his talented, lovely girlfriend.
